My kids love to come here. We love the toddler time every morning. It's simple fun to get them ready for nap time. I found better deals on Facebook, but the best deals are through the emails they send out. My 4 yr old begged for her birthday party here, and I paid for an extra hour due to the adults having so much fun.
It's popular with kids but parents will notice the service is not the best. The place seems to be operated by too many young people. I booked a party several weeks ahead and received no reminder phone calls, emails, or any communication asking about party updates. Food could not be added to my party after 48hrs before the party date and so I was low on food. They made no exceptions even though there were no reminders. No drinks were included with the party package which was $160 on a Thursday. Complimentary waters were not offered right away. My "personal host" had another party and was not especially devoted just to us. When it was time to serve food he had to be paged to us because we were waiting. My child had fun but because I paid so much for that poor service. She will do her free jump and we won't be back.
People complain about the socks, but these socks are great when mopping at home, my kids don't slip when they run around. Plus it's only $2 and we bring them back to save spending another $2 again.
Pretty solid and nice place. Clean staff are ok. Mostly teenagers that are doing summer jobs. Some better than others but would give 6/10 in that aspect. Prices are fair but try to go on the days with deals such as $10 Tuesdays. Keep your socks too! Most of this stuff is maintained too so thats nice.
If i could give less than one star i would. The service at this park is horrible. For example, while I was paying for my jumpers to jump they let multiple people cut the line for socks, snacks, etc. Once my jumpers were able to jump they were stopped because they didn't have "altitude socks". When you look around there are lots of kids and adults without "altitude socks" (the last time i was here they didn't have to wear "altitude socks").So we had to get BACK in line and we saw kids going to the line getting their "altitude socks" so i sent my two girls to get them socks and they were told no and we had to wait yet, while we were waiting kids were still going to the side getting socks. When we finally get to the front someone jump in front of us to get "altitude socks". And when he did the girl at the register got an attitude with me. So, a different worker who was more kind helped us. We got to altitude at 7:00 pm and my girls weren't able to jump till after 8:00 pm. The workers weren't paying attention to some things and their customer service was horrible. If you go there I hope you're patient because these people can work your nerves. Good Luck.
1st problem is the signing of a waiver 2. size of the socks too small I wear a 13 1/2 and the xl socks they gave me stoped at the arch of my foot. 3 my lil Cousin broke his arm at his lil sister bday party today. a lot of big kids jumping around small children
