Store is always messy. Can't really find much unless you dig. The store on Northwest Highway is the best.
Customer service reps were fantastic and always willing to help out and answer questions. Store and bathrooms were kept clean and organized.
The rewards and sales also the customer service is great I love shopping there.

I love Kohl's! This store stays pretty clean for the most part. I think they need to have someone check jeans and pants tables more often. On two different occasions it was nearly impossible to find the right size because everything was in disarray. The sales associates are usually friendly and greet you with a smile. I really like most of the brands they carry. I wish they carried more girls XL or plus sizes for my daughter who's not quite old enough for the junior's style of clothes yet but has a curvy figure. Overall you can't beat the sales and coupon stacking. Plus their mobile app makes it easy to save coupons, check prices and find out of stock items online or at a Kohl's near by.
