We sat in the bar area because it was immediate seating. Took them about 10 minutes to clean off the table so we could sit. Drink order came 20 minutes in and then order for second round didn't come until we finished eating. Food was delicious. We had the smoked wings and fajitas. The dessert was 5 stars. A new salted caramel cake with ice cream. Was really the best part of the meal.
I love Chili's but this location not so much. There's a lot I could say about the service and food but my pictures can tell the story. Worse part was the roach that crawled up out of our booth. Yes they offered for us to move but then they let someone else sit there right after us. Burger tasted good but was messy...too much mayo, poor lettuce quality and the bun was squashed. Kids cheese meals were spicy. I don't think I'll head to this Chili's again.
Nice fast casual. We shared a full rack of ribs, which was plenty for two. Being my birthday, I got a free sundae. Service was excellent, restaurant clean. Only wish would have been for more dessert choices. My wife took a look and passed on a dessert.
Sitting at Chili's in Cedar Hill. My granddaughter got up and got her water refill. The service sucks the waitress was argumentative. I have not seen hide nor hair of a manager. Took forever to get drinks then silverware and later napkins and lemons...and the excuses that are given. I am too old. Chili's will never get my money or time again. This is horrible. I should have gone to buffalo wild wings. I cannot believe they burned cheese on my bread and hid it. I am done.
Today may have been one of the best experiences I've had at a Chili's ever. The service was friendly, out server made sure our glasses were always full. The food was delicious, the appetizer was very timely. And our orders came out shortly after we finished the appetizer. The food was very taste, hot and fresh. Our waiter was very attentive. Overall, a much different experience from the other two Chili's around the DeSoto/Lancaster/Cedar Hill area. Will be coming back.
