Refused to return earrings that were warrantied. I provided all information on the warranty and lady had me wait 30 minutes, she checked out 3 other customers. Then finally came and pull the earrings for exchange and asked for my receipt. I didnt have receipt only the information needed for the warranty, since they were a gift mind you she asked about this in the beginning. My child had her earrings not even a month and all the stones are visibly gone. She saw and took note. But didn't return or exchange them. I won't buy from Zales again ever. Stones fell out of my other daughter earrings as well. Buyer BEWARE and oh yes the staff is rude, lack of customer service and attentiveness to customers.
I truly enjoyed the service we received at Zales from the online customers sevice to the in store service. They were friendly from walking in the store to leaving the store. We purchased the insurance. We love Zales no reason not to.
